Our client Mondelez needed an online dashboard that visualises the performance of new product launches. Data included sales volumes, sales values, distribution, market penetration, product rotation, purchase repeat rate and market value share. The data needed to be accessible at a granular product SKU level as well as for an entire product range and brand level.
The platform needed to be built using a 3rd party supplier and their platform product. We worked with both Mondelez and the platform provider to bring the project to life.
We created a modern looking UI based on our user research learnings and supplied digital production assets as well as design guidelines to the platform provider for implementation.
